The FAQ's
As we promote this event around Kentucky, Indiana and surrounding areas, here are a few of your questions/concerns (and our answers):

"But I'm not that good at Photoshop..."
This meetup is PERFECT for you! We'll have a rep from Wacom on site to answer YOUR questions, walk you through the motions and do demonstrations with Wacom tablets and Adobe CS5. Ask any of our members how much they learn at every meeting. Even the experts gain knowledge from tutorials on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and plug-ins from a variety of companies. There's something for everyone and you're sure to benefit from EVERY meeting with our laid back, friendly and supportive learning environment. We don't bite, promise. Just come out, bring a friend or two, and have a great time with us.

"I pirate all my software. What's in it for me?"
Well, let's see... First off, you pirate software? Shame, shame... You could win LEGAL copies FOR FREE! Second, these free meetings provide much, much, MUCH more than just free software and free food. This meeting we'll have a Wacom representative doing demonstrations, answer your questions, and maybe even hooking you up with a free tablet (hopefully, you don't "pirate" those...). If you have the software but haven't had a chance to play around with it, let us teach you how to use it. And stick around for our biggest raffles ever, with some awesome hardware, software, books, T-shirts and logo gear, training memberships, and more. Again, we've got about $10,000 worth of stuff to give away, and I can think of a lot worse things than winning expensive hardware and software. If you don't want it (or already have it) I'm sure you'll think of something... ;o)

"But I'm not a paid member."
You don't have to be! Come to the meeting. Great things will be happening. The meetings are free, open to the public and include tutorials, guest speakers, product demonstrations, networking opportunities, free food, and more. You can stay for a few minutes or the entire time so just show up and check us out.

"But Thursday nights are my date night..."
Okay, so I've never actually received this response from ANYONE - but just in case, we'd love to meet your significant other. Bring whoever you want! Your sister, your cool co-worker, your dog... well, maybe not your dog, but anyone capable of using a computer is welcome.

"I don't have perfect attendance. Doesn't that mean I'm disqualified from this meeting's raffles?"
Nope. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. And while the grand prize will go to one lucky paid member with perfect attendance, there will still be PLENTY of other raffles for everyone else. Did you know that ANY paid member who has been to at least ONE meeting this year will have a chance to win one of eight different hardware, software, or book raffles? And we'll even have a THIRD raffle for all paid members - so it will definitely be worth your time!

"But I'm shy and socially awkward."
That's cool. I, too, am socially awkward - and even shy sometimes (really).
